Sales Representative POR

You'll spend your days on the phone and occasionally in person, helping contractors, cities, and businesses across the Portland metro get the sign and print supplies they can't run without. No cold-calling into the void — you're building a territory, and your team wins together, not against each other.
This isn't a sink-or-swim commission gig. You get a base salary, a team that shares leads and strategy, and a company that's been doing this for 150 years and knows how to train people right.
What a week actually looks like
Working the phones to grow existing accounts and open new ones
A handful of in-person visits to contractors and businesses in your territory (mileage covered)
Product demos when a customer needs to see it to believe it
Sitting shoulder-to-shoulder with teammates who are hitting the same goals you are — sharing what's working, not guarding it
What you bring
0–3 years in sales, customer service, or another customer-facing role
You pick up the phone. You're not afraid of a "no," and you know how to build rapport fast
You want to be part of a team, not a lone wolf
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (we reimburse the mileage)
No sign or print industry experience needed. We'll teach you the product. What we can't teach is grit and the ability to build trust quickly.
