Senior Executive Information Technology

This full-time role includes managing hardware and software assets, user accounts, network connectivity, data security practices, and troubleshooting technical issues for internal stakeholders. The Senior Executive will coordinate with global teams to ensure IT systems align with industry standards and company policies, including supporting ISO 27001-related information security controls. The role also involves monitoring system performance, documenting IT processes, assisting in implementation of new tools or platforms, and supporting business continuity and data backup procedures. The individual will collaborate closely with operational and project teams to maintain reliable, secure, and efficient technology services that underpin clinical supply chain operations.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess core IT operations skills, including desktop support, hardware and software management, and basic network administration.
Candidates should possess knowledge of information security practices, data protection, user access control, and familiarity with ISO 27001 or similar standards.
Candidates should possess experience with common business applications, collaboration tools, and troubleshooting across Windows and/or other operating systems.
Candidates should possess skills in documentation, incident tracking, and process improvement within an IT service or helpdesk environment.
Candidates should possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills to support cross-functional teams and global colleagues.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; relevant professional certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, network or security credentials) are an advantage.
