Information Technology - Senior Specialist

This role is responsible for managing and supporting the organization’s IT infrastructure, systems, network, security, and day-to-day IT operations. The role requires a senior IT professional with hands-on experience in system administration, troubleshooting, network security, Microsoft 365, cloud platforms, user management, and IT documentation.
Qualification:

Experience in managing day-to-day IT operations, including IT infrastructure, systems, network, hardware, software, and technical support.
Hands-on experience in system configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance, including laptops, desktops, Microsoft Teams, software, hardware, and network-related issues.
Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, user account management, access management, and Windows environments.
Experience in network security, endpoint security, access controls, and IT security practices.
Exposure to Azure or other cloud platforms, including user access, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Experience in managing IT assets, software, hardware, backups, recovery processes, and IT inventory.
Experience in writing, preparing, reviewing, and implementing IT SOPs, policies, procedures, and work instructions.
Experience in handling internal and external IT audits, including documentation, evidence preparation, audit observations, and corrective actions.
Experience with ISO requirements, preferably ISO 27001, including documentation, implementation support, controls, and audit preparation.
Experience coordinating with vendors, external service providers, auditors, and internal departments for IT-related requirements.
Strong documentation, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Minimum 5–6 years of relevant experience in IT, with strong hands-on exposure to IT infrastructure, system administration, networking, security, and technical support.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of IT operations, technical issues, documentation, and assigned projects.
