Senior Information Technology Specialist

This role is responsible for managing and supporting the organization’s IT infrastructure, systems, network, security, and day-to-day technical operations. The role requires hands-on experience in troubleshooting, Microsoft 365, network security, cloud technologies, system configuration, IT documentation, user and asset management, and supporting IT processes across the organization.
Qualifications
Strong experience in network security, including monitoring, access control, firewall/VPN support, endpoint security, and basic security troubleshooting.
Experience in writing, maintaining, and implementing IT SOPs, policies, and technical documentation.
Hands-on experience with system configuration and troubleshooting, including Microsoft Teams, laptops, desktops, software, hardware, and network-related issues.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including user accounts, permissions, administration, troubleshooting, and supporting applications such as Teams and Outlook.
Experience with Azure or other cloud platforms, including basic administration, user access, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Experience supporting Windows environments, Active Directory, user onboarding/offboarding, password/access management, and system permissions.
Knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and IT infrastructure management.
Experience in managing IT assets, including laptops, desktops, peripherals, software licenses, inventory, allocation, and maintenance records.
Experience with backup and recovery processes, data protection, and basic disaster recovery procedures
Minimum 6 years of experience in IT, preferably in a corporate or professional environment.
Experience supporting ISO 27001-related IT requirements, documentation, controls, and audit support.
Experience managing meeting room IT equipment, including displays, conferencing systems, audio/video equipment, and connectivity.
