About the Role
We are hiring an experienced TikTok Shop Operator to take ownership of creator affiliate operations and day-to-day TikTok Shop management for a growing brand.
This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience working within the TikTok Shop ecosystem who understands how to identify relevant creators, manage affiliate relationships, coordinate product sampling, develop effective creator briefs, and maintain shop operations.
You will work directly with creator partners to expand brand visibility, support affiliate-driven sales, and ensure smooth execution across creator and storefront activities.
Key Responsibilities
Source and identify relevant TikTok creators aligned with the brand and target audience.
Conduct creator outreach and build relationships with TikTok affiliates.
Create and communicate clear content briefs to guide creator video production.
Coordinate product sampling and onboarding processes for creator partners.
Manage ongoing relationships and communication with creator affiliates.
Upload and manage brand content directly on TikTok.
Oversee day-to-day TikTok Shop operations and storefront management.
Navigate TikTok Seller Center and manage relevant shop settings and operational tasks.
Requirements
Hands-on experience sourcing creators and managing creator outreach.
Experience creating and managing content briefs for creators.
Practical experience managing TikTok creator affiliate programs.
Hands-on experience coordinating product sampling for creator campaigns.
Strong understanding of TikTok Shop and e-commerce storefront operations.
Ability to independently navigate and quickly learn TikTok Seller Center functionality.
Strong communication, organization, and relationship-management skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of creator and shop operations.
Nice to Have
An existing network of active TikTok creators or affiliates.
Experience managing creator content workflows across multiple brands or product categories.
This is a remote opportunity open to candidates worldwide. The position will begin part-time with the potential to grow into a full-time role.
