About the Role We are hiring a Travel Executive for our Delhi NCR and Kolkata travel operations. This role focuses on customized, experiential, and senior-friendly travel planning, combining travel consulting, itinerary design, client relationship management, and travel operations. It is ideal for professionals seeking travel jobs in Delhi NCR or Kolkata with exposure to experiential, wellness, and senior travel.
Key Responsibilities
Design and cost custom domestic and international itineraries from Delhi NCR / Kolkata.
Act as a Travel Consultant / Holiday Advisor tailored for senior and family travelers.
Manage end-to-end travel planning: hotels, transport, experiences, and vendors.
Coordinate with DMCs, hotels, tour operators, and ground partners.
Support bookings, visas, documentation, and smooth itinerary execution.
Collaborate with internal Travel Operations & Care teams.
Required Skills & Background
Prior experience working in an elder care company or senior care environment is required.
2 to 3 years in Travel Advisor / Travel Consultant / Travel Designer roles.
Experience in travel companies in Delhi NCR or Kolkata.
Strong ability in itinerary planning, costing, and holiday package creation.
Comprehensive domestic and international destination knowledge.
Proven skills in client servicing, consultative sales, and customer experience.
Experience with vendor management, hotel contracting, and travel operations.
Proficiency with CRM tools, Excel costing, and booking systems.
