Cybersecurity & Compliance Lead
Location: Delhi | Experience: 8+ years | CTC: ₹45–50 LPA
We are looking for a Cybersecurity / Information Security leader to manage the company's cybersecurity, compliance, risk and security programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead information security, compliance and risk management.
Develop security policies, controls and compliance frameworks.
Manage audits and audit readiness.
Lead cybersecurity incident response.
Manage tools such as Vanta, Drata or Sprinto.
Drive AI security and emerging technology risk initiatives.
Work with leadership and cross-functional teams on security priorities.
Looking For:
8+ years in Cybersecurity, Information Security, GRC or Security Compliance.
Experience leading security and compliance programs.
Strong understanding of security frameworks, risk and audits.
Experience managing cybersecurity incidents.
CISSP / CISM / CISA is a plus.
