Candidates should possess robust Troubleshooting and Customer Service skills to diagnose issues efficiently, support end users, and communicate clear, solution-focused guidance.
Candidates should possess solid Network Security skills, including configuring firewalls, managing access controls, and supporting compliance with ISO 27001 and related data protection standards.
Candidates should possess familiarity with IT best practices for clinical or regulated environments, such as documentation, change management, and system validation.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; relevant professional certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+, Security+) are an advantage.
Demonstrated experience in a senior or lead IT role, preferably within healthcare, life sciences, or other highly regulated industries.
