Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Quality Control Engineer role based in Vasai. The Quality Control Engineer will oversee inspection and testing of machined components and welded assemblies to ensure compliance with internal standards and customer specifications. The role involves collaborating with production and engineering teams to identify defects, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions. The Quality Control Engineer will also assist in maintaining quality records, supporting audits, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in the manufacturing process.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Quality Control and Quality Assurance for machined components and welded assemblies.
Candidates should possess Analytical Skills for interpreting data, performing root cause analysis, and resolving quality issues.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordinating with production, engineering, and external stakeholders.
Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Experience with measurement instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) and reading technical drawings.
Familiarity with IMS or similar quality management systems and documentation practices.
Ability to work on-site in a manufacturing environment, with attention to safety, accuracy, and deadlines.
