Senior Design Architect – US Projects
Location: Gurugram, India | Onsite
Experience: 10–15+ Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are looking for a hands-on Senior Design Architect to lead architectural design and delivery for US-based residential, high-rise residential, and commercial building projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead architectural design from concept through detailed design and IFC documentation
• Work directly with US clients and multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Develop designs in compliance with US building codes, IBC, ADA and AHJ requirements
• Lead coordination with structural, MEP, BIM and other disciplines
• Work on modular and prefabricated building systems
• Drive BIM-based design and documentation using Revit
• Own architectural decisions, design development and final deliverables
Requirements
• 10–15+ years of architectural experience
• Strong US project experience – Mandatory
• Hands-on architectural design experience; not purely coordination or management
• Experience with residential, high-rise residential and commercial projects
• Strong understanding of US building codes and ADA requirements
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
• Experience working with multidisciplinary project teams
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
Good to Have
• Modular / prefabricated construction experience
• Parametric or computational design experience
• Rhino, Dynamo or Tekla
• Experience working directly with US clients
