The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Night Superintendent to join a leading contractor delivering major hyperscale data center and advanced technology projects across the US.
This is a 100% travelling position, suited to a Superintendent comfortable leading large field teams, subcontractors, and multiple trades during overnight operations.
Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of all overnight site operations.
Lead subcontractors, field teams, and specialist trades.
Coordinate CSA, MEP, logistics, and commissioning activities.
Drive schedule and critical-path activities.
Manage QA/QC, safety, inspections, and site documentation.
Ensure effective handover between night and day teams.
Support commissioning, turnover, and final project delivery.
Requirements
Data center construction experience is highly desirable.
Candidates from mission-critical or advanced technology construction will also be considered.
Previous Superintendent or Night Superintendent experience.
Experience managing multiple trades on large, complex projects.
Strong understanding of scheduling, QA/QC, safety, and site logistics.
Comfortable working permanent night shifts.
Willingness to travel 100% nationwide.
