Civil Project Manager – Indiana - Data Centers
I'm recruiting for an experienced Civil Project Manager to join a major construction project in Indiana.
This is a travelling role, with the successful candidate based onsite in Indiana during the working week.
💰 Package:
• Base salary up to $200,000
• $5,500 monthly per diem
• Performance bonus
• Long-term project pipeline
The Role
You'll take ownership of major civil packages across a large-scale, technically complex project, working closely with field leadership, subcontractors, engineers, and the wider project team.
Responsibilities will include:
• Managing large-scale civil and sitework packages
• Earthwork, underground utilities, drainage and site infrastructure
• Subcontractor and vendor management
• Schedule, cost and change management
• Procurement and project documentation
• Coordination between design and field teams
• QA/QC and project safety
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a Project Manager with a proven background delivering large-scale civil construction projects.
Data center experience is NOT essential.
Candidates from mission-critical, advanced technology, semiconductor, manufacturing, industrial, or other major civil construction projects will be considered.
The key requirement is experience managing large, complex civil packages and the ability to travel and work onsite in Indiana during the week.
