MEP Superintendents – Data Centers

💰 Up to $230,000 Base + Package
I'm recruiting experienced MEP Superintendents for major data center projects across Indiana, Texas, and Virginia.
Depending on location and candidate circumstances, packages can include traveling packages, per diem, or relocation assistance.
The Role:
• Lead MEP construction activities onsite
• Manage Mechanical & Electrical subcontractors
• Coordinate installation, sequencing, and site logistics
• Drive schedule and critical-path activities
• Oversee QA/QC, safety, and inspections
• Coordinate with CSA and project management teams
• Support commissioning and turnover
What We're Looking For:
• MEP Superintendent / Senior Superintendent experience
• Strong Mechanical and/or Electrical construction knowledge
• Experience delivering large, technically complex projects
• Data center experience is required fore day shift
• Mission-critical and advanced technology backgrounds also considered
• Strong field leadership and subcontractor management experience
