About the Opportunity:
The SENIOR FINANCE SYSTEMS ANALYST leads the finance technology environment by administering and optimizing systems that support accounting, treasury, investments, reporting, and finance operations. Reporting to the Senior Director of Transformation, this role ensures finance systems like Sage Intacct are reliable, well-controlled, and aligned with process needs. The analyst collaborates with internal and external partners to improve data quality, enhance controls, reduce manual processes, and enable scalable global finance operations.
Responsibilities:
Administer and optimize Sage Intacct and related finance systems, including configuration, workflow setup, reporting enhancements, and user access management.
Lead and support integration of finance and enterprise systems such as Salesforce, payroll, procurement, and banking platforms.
Monitor finance system data integrity through validation, reconciliation support, and data flow oversight.
Drive system optimization and automation to improve workflows, reduce manual tasks, and enhance reporting.
Manage ERP user roles, permissions, access governance, and audit-ready documentation.
Coordinate with vendors, IT, and finance stakeholders on system changes, issue resolution, and user adoption.
Provide system support and training to finance users, including troubleshooting and guidance.
Develop and maintain documentation such as SOPs, policies, user guides, and process workflows.
Support business intelligence and reporting development by aligning finance requirements and data definitions.
Establish data controls to ensure quality, compliance, and audit readiness.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, information systems, or equivalent experience.
5-7 years supporting finance systems, ERP platforms, or finance transformation projects.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Sage Intacct, including configuration and administration.
Understanding of finance and accounting processes such as accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
Experience collaborating with external partners, vendors, IT, and finance teams on system implementations and support.
Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range and Compensation Package:
$86,000 to $115,000 USD annually.
