🔧 We're Hiring: Design Engineer | skAkshaytek Pvt. Ltd.
skAkshaytek Pvt. Ltd., a specialized manufacturer of custom tool attachments, torque tool interfaces, jigs, and fixtures for assembly line solutions serving leading MNCs, is looking for a skilled Design Engineer to join our growing team!
What you'll do:
✅ Design custom torque tool adapters, fixtures & jigs, SPM
✅ Develop 2D/3D models, layouts & production drawings
✅ Perform strength & torque calculations for tool reliability
✅ Optimize designs for DFM/DFA and cost-effectiveness
✅ Collaborate with prototyping, sales & process planning teams
✅ Support manufacturing trials from enquiry to production
What we're looking for:
🔹 B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Production Engineering
🔹 2–4 years' experience in design/application engineering (preferred)
🔹 Proficiency in SolidWorks & 2D CAD
🔹 Strong fundamentals in mechanics of materials, GD&T & stress analysis
🔹 Hands-on exposure to tool room machining & assembly tooling
📍 Location: Chinchwad, Pune, Maharashtra
