About Us
We are an early-stage startup dedicated to the development and mental health of children. Our mission is to support parents and children through structured, evidence-based developmental programs.
Role Overview
We are looking for an empathetic and persuasive Counsellors to connect with parents, guide them through our child development programs, and facilitate a smooth onboarding experience. You need to be someone who can readily engage and strike a conversation with parents
Key Responsibilities
Connect with parents at doctors' clinics and over the phone to explain our mental health and child development programs.
4 days of clinic visits to meet parents and 2 days contacting parents from home
Understand parental concerns and guide them toward the right program options.
Facilitate the end-to-end parent onboarding and enrollment process.
Requirements & Qualifications
Location: Must be based in Kolkata.
Education: Any Graduate degree. Preferably Human Development, Social Work, Psychology
Experience: 2+ years of experience in counselling (education or early childhood development)
Language Skills: Must be fluent in Bengali, Hindi, and English.
Core Competencies: Strong interpersonal communication, active listening, and convincing/persuasive skills.
