Senior Technical Recruiter

Our client is seeking an experienced technical recruiter for a contract that last a year. This position has an opportunity for extension based on the client's need.
THESE WILL BE 100% REMOTE ROLES ANYWHERE IN US
Schedule: Mon-Fri 9-6 or 8-5 Local (1-hour non-billable lunch)- flex hours according to business needs may exceed normal working hours or 8 hour day
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies for software, mechanical, and electrical engineering roles.
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates specializing in a variety of software and hardware engineering disciplines.
Build and maintain robust talent pipelines, in close strategic partnership with our sourcing team, through outbound sourcing, networking, and engagement with diverse candidate pools.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams, while adhering to all requirements of the hiring process, including all policies and SOPs.
Conduct technical screenings to evaluate candidates' expertise in software, mechanical and electrical engineering principles.
Build and maintain accurate data reporting and utilize data-driven insights to refine recruitment strategies and optimize hiring processes.
Represent client at industry events, career fairs, and networking opportunities to build the company’s employer brand.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field (e.g., Human Resources, Business, Engineering).
4+ years of deep experience in technical recruiting, with a focus on software, mechanical and/or electrical engineering roles.
Proven ability to source and engage top-tier engineering talent through various channels.
Strong understanding of engineering disciplines such as software and vehicle systems, mechanical design, and electrical hardware.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
