Role Description As a Senior Consultant Infrastructure Engineer at Codians.ai, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of secure, scalable, and highly available IT infrastructure supporting our platform and client projects. You will oversee server, network, and cloud environments, manage deployments, and ensure robust monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery practices are in place. Day-to-day responsibilities include troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues, automating routine operations, documenting standards and procedures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support new features and services. You will mentor junior engineers, participate in architecture reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement of performance, security, and reliability. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead adoption and optimization of DEX platforms, endpoint analytics, and device health monitoring solutions
Establish device experience baselines, KPIs, and service health metrics
Drive improvements in boot times, app responsiveness, and endpoint reliability
Design proactive remediation, automation, and self-healing capabilities to reduce support demand
Partner with Service Desk, Infrastructure, Security, and Engineering teams on data-driven experience improvements
Define architecture standards and governance frameworks for endpoint monitoring platforms
Build executive dashboards to track device experience trends and business outcomes
Mentor engineers and build organizational capability in DEX and workplace engineering
