Role Description The Package Consultant – SAP HANA SCM PP / SAP HANA SCM MM role at Codians.ai is a full-time remote position focused on designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain Management solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and analyzing business requirements, mapping them to SAP PP and MM functionalities, and configuring modules to support core supply chain processes such as planning, procurement, inventory management, and production execution. The consultant will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to drive end-to-end solution design, integration with other SAP and non-SAP systems, and smooth deployment in client environments. The role also involves creating functional specifications, supporting testing cycles, leading user training, and providing post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement. Depending on project needs, the consultant may contribute across experience levels, from 5–7 years, 7–9 years, up to 12+ years of expertise, and may support clients located in Pune, Hyderabad, and Bangalore while working remotely.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret complex business data, diagnose process issues, and translate insights into effective SAP PP/MM solutions.
Candidates should possess Consulting skills, including stakeholder management, requirement gathering, solution presentation, and the ability to advise on best practices in SAP S/4HANA SCM.
Candidates should possess Business Process expertise in end-to-end supply chain, including production planning, procurement, inventory control, and materials management within SAP environments.
Candidates should possess Master Data knowledge, including material master, BOMs, routings, vendor and customer master, and configuration of related data objects in SAP PP/MM.
Candidates should possess Integration skills for connecting SAP PP/MM with other SAP modules (such as FI, SD, QM, WM/EWM) and external systems, ensuring seamless data and process flows.
Relevant experience of 5–7, 7–9, or 12+ years in SAP HANA SCM PP and/or MM implementation, rollout, and support projects.
