Role Description The Operations & Management Trainee will support day-to-day operational activities and process improvement initiatives within SARUH’s restaurant intelligence environment. This full-time, on-site role based in Thane involves monitoring and analyzing operational data, assisting in the implementation of standardized procedures, and helping coordinate projects that improve efficiency and service quality. The trainee will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support account management, operational reporting, and basic sales support tasks, while learning how AI-powered insights are applied in real-world restaurant operations. The role also includes preparing documentation, assisting with internal communication, and contributing to the smooth functioning of daily business operations.

Relevant educational background such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
Proficiency in basic productivity and data tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, dashboards) is beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Thane, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
An interest in the restaurant, hospitality, or SaaS/technology sectors and willingness to learn AI-driven solutions will be an advantage.
