Junior Content & Social Media Executive

We're building SARUH, a restaurant-tech platform helping restaurants understand their sales, operations, marketing and performance better.
We're looking for someone who can help us build the SARUH brand from the ground up.
This isn't a role where your job is simply to schedule posts.
We want someone who is curious, creative, internet-savvy and understands what makes people stop scrolling.
🎯 What you'll do
Content & Social Media
Manage SARUH's LinkedIn and Instagram presence
Create LinkedIn posts, carousels and short-form content
Turn product features and data into simple, interesting content
Create basic Reels/short videos using CapCut or similar tools
Create graphics using Canva
Research restaurant industry trends and create relevant content
Maintain a monthly content calendar
Monitor basic engagement and analytics
Founder & Brand Content
Work closely with the founder to turn ideas, conversations and insights into content
Convert voice notes/raw ideas into LinkedIn posts
Help build SARUH's voice and positioning in the restaurant-tech space
Assist in creating case studies and customer stories
Market Research
Research restaurant groups, brands and decision-makers
Track interesting developments in restaurant technology, aggregators, delivery and restaurant operations
Help identify potential prospects and content opportunities
👀 Who we're looking for
You don't need 5 years of experience.
In fact, we'd rather hire someone hungry to learn and genuinely interested in content.
You should:
✅ Understand Instagram & LinkedIn
✅ Know Canva
✅ Have basic video-editing skills
✅ Be comfortable with CapCut or similar tools
✅ Have good written English
✅ Be comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT
✅ Be curious about businesses, technology and social media
✅ Have an eye for good content
✅ Be willing to experiment and learn
Bonus points if:
⭐ You already create content yourself
⭐ You understand restaurants/F&B
⭐ You have a personal Instagram/LinkedIn presence
⭐ You can write a strong hook
⭐ You can look at a boring feature and turn it into an interesting story
