Job Summary Senior Endpoint Cybersecurity Engineer
Design, deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise endpoint security solutions for workstations and servers.
Administer, optimize, and troubleshoot endpoint security tools (EDR, EPP, deception technologies).
Configure and tune security policies, detection rules, prevention controls, and automated response actions.
Monitor endpoint telemetry and investigate suspicious activity, malware, and security alerts.
Collaborate with SOC and Incident Response teams to manage and resolve endpoint security incidents.
Develop and refine detection logic using threat intelligence and MITRE ATT&CK framework.
Reduce false positives while ensuring robust detection and prevention coverage.
Integrate endpoint security solutions with SIEM, SOAR, threat intelligence, IAM, and vulnerability management platforms.
Support threat hunting, endpoint hardening, vulnerability remediation, and Zero Trust initiatives.
Evaluate new technologies, participate in vendor assessments, and support proof-of-concept projects.
Maintain up-to-date documentation for endpoint security standards, architecture, and procedures.
Mentor junior engineers and communicate security risks and remediation plans to stakeholders.
Requires 8+ years in Cybersecurity/Information Security and 5+ years in enterprise endpoint security.
Hands-on experience with platforms like CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender, Sentinel One, Trellix, or Carbon Black.
Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash) and strong analytical and communication skills.
Bachelor s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Remote position preferred in EST time zone.
