Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Python Developer role based in Hyderabad. The Senior Python Developer will design, develop, and maintain backend services and applications using Python, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions. Daily responsibilities include writing clean, efficient code, implementing APIs, integrating with databases, and collaborating with front-end developers, architects, and cross-functional stakeholders. The role also involves reviewing code, mentoring junior developers, participating in design discussions, troubleshooting production issues, and contributing to best practices, documentation, and continuous improvement of the development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
· Backend Development: Design and build high-performance, scalable backend systems and REST APIs using Flask or FastAPI frameworks within a microservices architecture.
· Frontend Integration: Develop interactive, responsive, and user-friendly web interfaces using modern frontend technologies.
· Database Management: Architect and optimize data storage solutions using both SQL (MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
· DevOps & Deployment: Package applications using Docker, manage orchestration via Kubernetes, and automate deployment workflows using Git, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.
· Cloud Infrastructure: Deploy, manage, and monitor applications across cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
· Leadership & Collaboration: Drive code reviews to maintain code quality, assist in project coordination, handle small team modules, and participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
· System Design: Contribute to high-level system design and scalable application architecture to handle growing user traffic.
Required Technical Skills
· Core Language: Strong proficiency in Python with 3+ years of professional development experience.
· Backend Frameworks: Hands-on experience with FastAPI or Flask.
· Frontend Stack: Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
· Databases: Proficient with relational (MySQL) and non-relational (MongoDB) databases, including schema design and query optimization.
· DevOps & Tools: Strong experience with Git/GitHub, CI/CD automation pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes for containerized deployments.
· Cloud Computing: Practical familiarity with cloud services on AWS or Azure.
· Architecture: Clear understanding of microservices, RESTful APIs, and scalable system design principles.
