Role Summary
The Program Executive - Education, Skilling & Engagement will support the delivery of programmes within Arvind Foundation’s Prgrammes function.
This role focuses on coordinating education and skilling activities, supporting participant engagement, and ensuring smooth execution of assigned programme tasks.
The position involves working with internal teams, external agencies, and volunteers to help drive enrolment, track progress, and maintain programme documentation and reporting.
The role is suitable for a candidate with 0-5 years of experience who is proactive, organised, and learner-centric.
Key Responsibilities
Collect required qualitative and quantitative data and support data management activities.
Support the joining of new recruits and coordinate visits of potential FLMs.
Drive enrolment of girls in educational programmes such as Open Schooling, UG, PG, and ITI based on individual development plans.
Drive enrolment of girls in skilling programmes such as computer and English.
Track, monitor, and report on enrolled students’ progress and results.
Coordinate and support agencies involved in the delivery of education and skilling programmes.
Work with Aakriti volunteers on different development sessions.
Support planning, coordination, documentation, and follow-up for programme activities as required.
Must-Have Skills
Bachelor’s degree with work experience, or Master’s degree in Education, Social Work, Psychology, Human Development, Vocational Education, or Rural Development.
0-1 year of experience in education, youth development, vocational training, employability programmes, CSR, or NGO-led skilling initiatives, preferably with adolescent girls and young women.
Experience in planning and delivering educational and skilling programmes, including academic support, life skills, digital literacy, career guidance, vocational training, and learner progress tracking.
Excellent communication, facilitation, mentoring, and relationship-building skills.
Strong understanding of MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong planning, coordination, organisational, documentation, and MIS/reporting skills.
Ability to achieve programme targets within timelines.
Empathetic, proactive, learner-centric, and adaptable, with strong problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience working with adolescent girls and young women.
Exposure to community-based education or skilling initiatives.
