Key Responsibilities
Create high-quality color separations for rotary and digital textile printing applications.
Develop print-ready separations from:
Soft design files
Fabric swatches
Theme boards
Reference images and artworks
Convert swatch-based designs into accurate and production-friendly printable separations.
Ensure color consistency and repeat accuracy across different printing techniques.
Prepare and optimize artwork files for bulk production.
Collaborate closely with Design, Sampling, Production, and Printing teams to achieve desired print outcomes.
Troubleshoot and resolve design and color-related issues during development and production stages.
Maintain design quality standards and ensure adherence to customer requirements.
Support new collection developments through innovative color and design execution.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong expertise in Color Separation for Textile Rotary and Digital Printing.
Excellent understanding of:
Textile printing processes
Screen engraving requirements
Repeat creation and layout development
Color matching techniques
Proficiency in:
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Ability to interpret fabric swatches and convert them into commercially viable printable designs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for design-related challenges.
Good communication and coordination skills.
