Role Overview
As a Medical Assistant, you¿ll play a vital role in delivering compassionate and quality care to patients under the supervision of providers and nursing leadership. Your work will directly support healthcare providers in ensuring smooth and efficient patient examinations and procedures, making a meaningful impact on patient experiences.

What You Will Do
Greet and escort patients to exam rooms, ensuring a welcoming environment.
Obtain and record patient medical histories accurately.
Measure and document vital signs as part of patient assessments.
Prepare patients for examinations and procedures, ensuring comfort and readiness.
Assist providers during examinations and procedures, facilitating efficient care delivery.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Graduate of a Medical Assistant program with completion of a formal clinical externship (160-hour minimum), or equivalent experience as outlined in the job description.
Current BLS-C certification upon hire or successful completion by the end of orientation.
Preferred Qualifications
Basic computer knowledge and keyboarding skills.
EPIC (Electronic Medical Record) experience.
