Structural Design Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Precast Concrete Design Engineer to provide design engineering services across both organizations. The role is responsible for leading and mentoring a team of engineering and drafting professionals while actively participating in the design of precast concrete systems, performing structural engineering calculations, reviewing and producing shop drawings, and ensuring compliance with applicable building codes, engineering standards, and industry best practices.
The successful candidate will oversee standard and non-standard engineering designs, provide technical reviews, engineering comments, and professional sealing where required, while partnering closely with operations, project management, sales, production, and field teams to deliver safe, innovative, and high-quality precast concrete solutions. This role requires a balance of strategic leadership, technical expertise, and day-to-day execution to support engineering excellence across both organizations.
This is a fully remote position with occasional travel to manufacturing facilities, project sites, and customer meetings as needed.
