Senior Full-Stack Engineer

You don't want to ship features into a void — you want to see managers roll out what you built before lunch. As Senior Full-Stack Engineer you build the interfaces and backend systems that make the Qadar AI Shield suite usable, fast, and reliable.
Qadar AI is in the company-building stage. There is no legacy codebase to untangle and no ticket factory: you ship production features across Shield Control, Shield Web, and the supporting API layers, working directly with the security and product leads.
What you'll own
You ship production features across Shield Control, Shield Web, and supporting API layers.
You own frontend and backend quality for admin workflows, policy configuration, audit views, and deployment tooling.
You collaborate with security and product leads to turn enforcement logic into clean, trustworthy user experiences.
You keep the platform fast and reliable — performance and polish are features, not afterthoughts.
You help set the engineering culture: code review standards, tooling choices, and how quality is defined here.

You are a strong generalist engineer who ships polished product — frontend, backend, and infrastructure without friction.
You care about UX quality in technical tools: an audit view nobody understands is a bug.
You write TypeScript and modern React comfortably and can design the API behind the screen.
