Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst to support supply chain and operations initiatives. This Long-term Contract position will partner closely with teams across procurement, logistics, warehousing, and broader operations to turn business needs into practical reporting and data solutions. The role is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical thinking with hands-on experience in business analysis, data interpretation, and cross-functional collaboration within a supply chain environment.
Responsibilities:
• Partner with operational stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document business needs related to supply chain performance, procurement activity, logistics tracking, and warehouse operations.
• Translate business objectives into actionable analytics requirements and work closely with technical teams to support the delivery of dashboards, reports, and data-driven tools.
• Review existing workflows and data processes to identify gaps, improve visibility, and strengthen the accuracy and consistency of operational information.
• Create and maintain business documentation, including process maps, requirement definitions, user stories, and functional notes that support project execution and stakeholder alignment.
• Contribute directly to reporting and insight generation by helping design meaningful metrics, validating source data, and supporting business intelligence solutions.
• Facilitate communication between operations and technology teams to ensure priorities, timelines, and expected outcomes remain aligned throughout project delivery.
• Support Agile-based project activities such as backlog refinement, requirement discussions, testing coordination, and feedback collection from business users.
• Analyze performance trends across external partners and internal operations to help leadership make informed decisions and improve supply chain effectiveness.
• Experience in business analysis with the ability to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and convert business needs into structured deliverables.
• Background supporting supply chain, logistics, procurement, warehousing, or related operational functions in a data-focused environment.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum practices and experience participating in iterative project delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Strong skills in document review, process documentation, and maintaining clear business and functional requirements.
• Ability to interpret operational data, validate information quality, and support reporting or dashboard development initiatives.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to work across business and technical groups and present findings clearly.
• Proficiency with analytical problem-solving and a detail-oriented approach to improving process visibility and business performance.
