DevOps Engineer

Overview
We’re seeking a Junior DevOps or Build & Release Engineer who enjoys working with CI/CD automation and containerized environments. In this role, you’ll help build and maintain reliable deployment pipelines, optimize build processes, and gain hands-on experience with Harness, Docker, and Kubernetes.
What You’ll Do
Support the creation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines using Harness or Jenkins.
Package and deploy applications using Docker.
Assist with Kubernetes or Amazon ECS environments.
Automate repetitive build, deployment, and release tasks.
Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot build and deployment issues.
Help prepare and maintain configuration, deployment, and release documentation for new environments.
What You Bring
2–5 years of experience in DevOps, build engineering, release management, or a related field.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Harness, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
Foundational experience with Docker and an interest in learning container orchestration with Kubernetes.
Scripting skills in Bash, Python, or Groovy.
Understanding of Git-based source control.
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
Nice to Have
Exposure to AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Familiarity with automated testing pipelines.
Interest in progressive delivery practices, including canary and blue-green deployments.
Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new technologies.
