Financial Analyst

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Perform financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to support business and leadership decisions.
Develop and maintain financial models for revenue, expenses, profitability, headcount, investments, and strategic initiatives.
Analyze monthly and quarterly financial performance against budget, forecast, and prior-year results.
Identify key business drivers, financial risks, trends, and opportunities and communicate findings to stakeholders.
Partner with Finance, Accounting, Operations, Sales, Technology, and other business functions to improve financial planning and visibility.
Support annual budgeting and long-range planning processes.
Prepare management reports, executive presentations, dashboards, and financial performance summaries.
Conduct scenario, sensitivity, ROI, and business-case analysis for strategic investments and operational initiatives.
Monitor KPIs and develop actionable recommendations based on financial and operational data.
Support month-end and quarter-end financial reporting activities in partnership with Accounting.
Improve financial reporting, forecasting, and analytical processes through automation and advanced tools.
Maintain accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality across financial models and reporting.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, strategic finance, or a related field preferred.
Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or comparable financial modeling tools.
Experience with ERP, financial planning, or business intelligence platforms is highly valued.
Working knowledge of tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Oracle, SAP, Workday, Anaplan, or comparable platforms is advantageous.
Ability to analyze large and complex datasets and translate findings into business recommendations.
Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to communicate financial concepts effectively to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.

Remote position within the United States.

Regular virtual collaboration with Finance, Accounting, Operations, Strategy, and business leadership.
Collaboration across multiple U.S. time zones may be required.
Additional availability may occasionally be required during budgeting, forecasting, month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting cycles.
