About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives within a large-scale enterprise environment.
The Project Manager will be responsible for translating business objectives into structured execution plans and managing projects from initial planning through implementation and successful completion.
This position will partner with teams across Technology, Product, Operations, Finance, Data, Business Transformation, and other enterprise functions to establish project scope, schedules, milestones, resources, dependencies, risks, and measurable outcomes.
The successful candidate will bring more than administrative project coordination. We are looking for someone who can understand the business objective behind an initiative, identify delivery risks before they become significant problems, create accountability across multiple stakeholders, and provide leadership with clear visibility into project health.
You should be comfortable operating in environments where priorities can evolve, multiple teams contribute to the same outcome, and successful execution requires balancing scope, schedule, resources, quality, risk, and business value.
This role offers significant exposure to enterprise initiatives involving technology modernization, operational improvement, digital transformation, process optimization, and strategic business change.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Manage projects from initiation and planning through execution, implementation, and closeout.
Develop project plans covering scope, milestones, timelines, deliverables, resources, dependencies, and success measures.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain accountability for agreed commitments.
Monitor project progress and proactively address schedule, resource, scope, and delivery risks.
Maintain risk, issue, dependency, and decision tracking throughout the project lifecycle.
Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, planning sessions, and stakeholder discussions.
Prepare clear project-status reports and executive-level updates.
Manage scope changes and assess their impact on schedule, resources, cost, and expected outcomes.
Partner with business and technical teams to resolve delivery obstacles and competing priorities.
Support budget tracking, resource planning, procurement, and vendor coordination where applicable.
Ensure appropriate project documentation, governance, and closure activities are completed.
Capture lessons learned and identify opportunities to improve future project execution.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
5+ years of experience in Project Management, Technology Delivery, Business Transformation, or a related field preferred.
