Basic Qualifications for this role:
Must have experience in sourcing and hiring for skills such as Automotive Quality Engineers, HIL Engineer, Validation & Verification Engineer, Embedded Engineers, Firmware Engineers, Robotics Engineers, Mechatronics Engineer, PCB Designers etc
Skilled in job boards like Monster, Indeed, CB, Dice etc
Skilled in various work permits such as F1 OPT, CPT, Stem EAD, TN visas, H1Bs etc
Bachelor’s Degree
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
Work arrangement
