Position: US IT Trainee Recruiter / Fresher
Location: Gurugram, Haryana – Onsite
Shift: Night Shift / 6.30 pm to 3.30 am Indian Time

Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment: Source, screen, interview, and onboard IT professionals.
Strategic Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, and CareerBuilder.
Compliance: Validate US work authorizations (H1B, GC, USC, TN) and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
Technical Screening: Assess skills in software development, cloud, data, and cybersecurity.
Negotiation: Manage salary/rate negotiations and closing procedures.
Basic Requirements:
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of recruitment portals like Monster, Indeed, Dice, CareerBuilder
Familiarity with US work visas (OPT, CPT, H1B, TN, H4 EAD, etc.)
Bachelor’s degree
Basic Microsoft Office skills
