Role Purpose
Implementation of Low Cost Automation and Improvements using advanced/digital technologies Industry 4.0
Roles & Responsibilities
New Process equipment activities-
To follow the electrical Design data of the equipment and cross verifythe actuals
To provide electrical support to ensure smooth installation and commissioning of the machine
To prepare micro schedule for the new machine and other processes
To track the KPI's which are taken as target during the Mc selection
To do handover of the machine by closing all the pendingissues.
Process Improvements and Horizontal deployment-
To ensure CFT consensus is taken for all the processimprovement and proposals before proceeding
To ensure the smooth accomplishment of all the goals set for process improvement inline to the department objectives
To prepare a proposal for the improvement projected which should include Proposal, KPI's, Layout, Macro & Micro schedule
Need to follow the activity schedule and ensure there is NO delay in execution
To keep track of the KPI's which were set during the project approval and update the Team about the accomplishments.
Digitization and Industry 4.0-
To implement digitization roadmap as per the company guidelines . digitization initiatives include: Energy monitoring, part wiseTraceability , inventory management
To discuss with the CFT and IT and line up the team for smooth impelmentation of the projects
To assess different I4.0 technology in market and select the most optimum one based upon the requiment of the organization
To prepare the outcome and discuss with the Functional head for further proceedings
To keep track of the KPI's and update the Team.

8) Knowledge about all the equipments in the plant and their operating sequence.
9) Knowledge about all the BOM materials used in the plant
Role Requirements
-B.E / B.Tech / Mechatronics / Electronics / Electrical &Communication Engineering as highest qualification
-8-12 years total experience
