We are looking for a high-impact Senior Frontend / Project Lead Developer with strong expertise in React, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern web application architecture, along with hands-on experience building AIpowered and agentic applications. With 5+ years of experience, you will be instrumental in architecting scalable, high-performance features and building modern applications that integrate AI agents, LLMs, tools, MCP (Model Context Protocol), and external services. This role sits at the intersection of frontend architecture, AI engineering, user experience, and team leadership, enabling organizations to transform business requirements into scalable, high-performance and AI-enabled digital products. You will: • Build Scalable Architectures using modern frameworks like Next.js and React. • Enable High Performance by focusing on Core Web Vitals and advanced data-fetching strategies. • Establish Reusable UI Systems to ensure consistency across complex web landscapes. • Bridge the Gap between design, backend engineering, and stakeholder vision. • Build AI-Powered Experiences by integrating LLMs, AI agents, tools, and agentic workflows into modern web applications. • Enable Agentic Applications by working with MCP, tool calling, AI workflows, and integrations with external services. • Drive Engineering Excellence through mentorship and high code quality standards.
What We’re Looking
For Core Skills: • React & Next.js Expertise: Strong mastery of Hooks, SSR, SSG, and the App Router. • TypeScript Proficiency: Deep understanding of typing strategies and large-scale project structuring. • Tailwind CSS Mastery: Expert grasp of utility-first styling and best practices. • Cross-Framework Adaptability: Ability to work in other frameworks like Vue or Nuxt if required. • AI & Agentic AI Skills:  Understanding of LLMs, AI agents, agentic workflows, tool/function calling, and MCP (Model Context Protocol).  Experience integrating AI/LLM APIs and AI-powered features into web applications, with familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot.
