Role Description The Associate Business Analyst is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting the analysis and optimization of Taxcart’s products and internal processes. This role involves gathering and documenting business requirements, mapping business processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine workflows and system functionalities. The Associate Business Analyst will analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement, and will assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders. Daily activities include participating in requirements workshops, validating solutions against business needs, and helping ensure smooth implementation of enhancements and new features.

Candidates should possess Business Analysis and Business Requirements skills to elicit, document, and validate functional and non-functional needs.

Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
Beneficial skills include familiarity with tax, fintech, or SaaS products, basic understanding of software development lifecycles, and proficiency with productivity and data tools (e.g., Excel, collaboration platforms).
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
