Role Description The Business Operations Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting and optimizing Taxcart’s internal processes and customer-facing workflows. In this role, the specialist will analyze operational performance, identify process gaps, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability. Daily tasks include monitoring key metrics, preparing operational reports, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting the implementation of new tools and procedures. The specialist will also work closely with customer-facing teams to ensure smooth onboarding, troubleshoot operational issues, and help maintain high service standards for clients using Taxcart’s tax automation platform.
Qualifications
Strong Business Operations skills, including process optimization and workflow management.
Solid Analytical Skills and Business Analysis capabilities to interpret data and recommend improvements.
Effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and documenting processes.
Customer Service experience, with the ability to support internal and external stakeholders professionally.
Experience in SaaS, fintech, or tax/financial technology environments is beneficial.
Proficiency with spreadsheets, reporting tools, and basic project management software.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
