Role Description The Head of Product will own the end-to-end product vision and strategy for Pakt’s AI hiring platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. In this full-time remote role, the Head of Product will lead product discovery and delivery, prioritize roadmaps, define requirements, and collaborate closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing product performance, conducting market and user research, shaping positioning, and driving continuous improvement of core features such as AI recruiter capabilities, ATS workflows, and automation tools. The role will also involve mentoring product managers, establishing product processes and metrics, and engaging with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and validate product decisions. This person will be accountable for creating an exceptional user experience and delivering measurable impact for hiring teams using Pakt.
Qualifications
Strong product leadership and Product Management experience, including owning product vision, roadmap, and cross-functional delivery.
Ability to define and execute Product Strategy with clear goals, prioritization frameworks, and outcome-oriented decision making.
Robust Analytical Skills for interpreting product data, user behavior, experiments, and market signals to inform decisions.
Experience in Market Research, customer discovery, and competitive analysis within SaaS, HR tech, or AI-driven products.
Excellent Communication skills for collaborating across teams, presenting product plans, and engaging with customers and stakeholders.
Proven experience leading and developing product teams; comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced startup environment.
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, recruitment software, or ATS platforms is highly beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar) or equivalent practical experience.
