Role Description The Senior Solutions Architect will design and validate end-to-end solutions that align Pakt’s AI hiring platform with client business needs and technical environments. In this part-time remote role, this team member will work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to understand requirements, map workflows, and translate them into scalable solution architectures and integration plans. Daily responsibilities include conducting discovery sessions, producing architecture diagrams and documentation, defining implementation approaches, and guiding configuration and customization efforts. The role also involves advising on best practices in AI-powered recruitment, collaborating with product and engineering teams on complex solution designs, and supporting pre-sales and post-sales activities with clear technical guidance.
Qualifications
Solution Architecture skills: ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable system architectures tailored to client environments.
Consulting skills: experience leading discovery workshops, gathering requirements, and advising stakeholders on optimal solution approaches.
Software Development skills: familiarity with modern development practices, APIs, and cloud-based platforms to support technical feasibility and implementation.
Integration skills: hands-on experience integrating SaaS products with third-party systems such as ATS, HRIS, CRM, and identity platforms.
Business Process skills: capability to analyze, map, and optimize hiring and talent acquisition workflows in line with organizational objectives.
Strong communication skills: ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience with AI, data-driven products, or recruitment software is highly beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience in a senior architecture or technical consulting role within SaaS or enterprise solutions.
