Role Description The Senior Fashion Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for delivering a high-end, personalized styling experience to customers in-store. This role includes advising clients on NEEDLEDUST juttis, mules, and sandals, offering tailored fashion recommendations that align with individual preferences, occasions, and current trends. The Senior Fashion Consultant will maintain in-depth product knowledge, support visual merchandising, and contribute to achieving sales targets through proactive client engagement and relationship building. Daily responsibilities also involve managing customer inquiries, providing after-sales support, and collaborating with the store team to uphold brand standards and an exceptional luxury retail environment.
Qualifications
Strong Product Knowledge and Fashion Consulting skills, with the ability to understand materials, craftsmanship, and styling options.
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to deliver personalized, inclusive, and respectful client experiences.
Proven Sales abilities, including closing techniques, clienteling, and working towards individual and store targets.
Experience in premium or luxury fashion retail, footwear, or accessories is highly beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, including weekends and peak seasons, with a professional and polished presentation.
Comfort with basic POS systems and inventory processes; familiarity with digital catalogs or CRM tools is an advantage.
Diploma or degree in Fashion, Retail Management, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
