We are looking for an experienced Leadership Hiring Consultant – UK/Europe to lead executive and senior-level hiring mandates across the UK and European markets.
Role Overview:
The Leadership Hiring Consultant will be responsible for managing end-to-end leadership and senior-level recruitment mandates across the UK and Europe. The role requires strong expertise in executive search, market mapping, stakeholder management, candidate engagement, and closing senior talent.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of hiring leadership professionals and building strong relationships with senior candidates and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for leadership, executive, and senior management positions across the UK and European markets.
Partner with clients and hiring stakeholders to understand business requirements, leadership competencies, and hiring priorities.
Develop and execute targeted executive search and talent mapping strategies.
Identify and engage senior-level talent through LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, databases, and other sourcing channels.
Conduct detailed candidate assessments covering experience, leadership capabilities, cultural fit, motivation, compensation, and career aspirations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior candidates and passive talent pools.
Manage multiple leadership mandates simultaneously while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Conduct market research and competitor mapping to identify relevant leadership talent.
Provide clients with regular updates on market availability, talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring challenges.
Coordinate interviews, assessments, feedback, negotiations, and offer closures.
Drive candidate engagement throughout the hiring process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Maintain accurate recruitment documentation, candidate pipelines, and hiring reports.
Work closely with internal recruitment teams and business stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.
Support business development initiatives by contributing market insights, talent intelligence, and executive search expertise.
Required Skills & Experience:
4+ years of experience in executive search, leadership hiring, or senior-level recruitment.
Strong experience recruiting across the UK and/or European markets.
Proven experience handling senior stakeholders and leadership-level candidates.
Strong understanding of executive hiring practices, talent mapping, and market intelligence.
Excellent sourcing skills with expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and other professional talent platforms.
Strong candidate assessment, negotiation, and closing capabilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple senior-level mandates independently.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable working with international clients and candidates across different time zones.
Preferred Experience:
Experience hiring C-Suite, VP, Director, Head of Function, and Senior Manager level professionals.
Experience within Technology, IT Services, Consulting, BFSI, Engineering, or other professional services sectors.
Exposure to retained search, contingent executive search, or leadership consulting.
Existing network of senior professionals across the UK/European market.
Experience working with international recruitment firms or RPO/managed recruitment environments.
