Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

ZPro Solutions is an IBM Business Partner providing Z-Cloud managed cloud services and IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) solutions for enterprise asset management. We’re looking for a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to manage and optimize the infrastructure supporting enterprise Maximo/MAS environments across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments. Responsibilities:
Design, deploy, and manage Red Hat OpenShift environments for Maximo/MAS.
Manage and optimize AWS and Azure infrastructure.
Support hybrid cloud and on-premises environments and migrations.
Work with Maximo/MAS teams on performance, scalability, security, and compliance.
Support disaster recovery, multi-region infrastructure, and RPO/RTO readiness.
Implement controls aligned with NIST 800-53, NIST 800-171, and CMMC.
Support security hardening, patching, and SOC 2 controls.
Troubleshoot networking, compute, storage, virtualization, and container environments.
Maintain architecture documentation, runbooks, and SOPs.
Qualifications:
Hands-on production experience with Red Hat OpenShift.
Strong experience with AWS and Azure.
Experience with hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
IBM Maximo/MAS experience preferred.
Knowledge of NIST 800-53, NIST 800-171, and CMMC.
Experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar compliance frameworks.
Strong understanding of networking, storage, virtualization, and containers.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
