Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain scalable semantic models using Looker and LookML.
Build dashboards, reports, PDTs, derived tables, and aggregate-aware models using BigQuery.
Configure access grants, roles, permissions, and data governance controls.
Develop automated testing and CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions.
Perform technical analysis and troubleshoot complex production issues.
Improve application reliability, monitoring, and operational performance through preventive measures and automation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, customers, and SRE governance teams.
Support the development and maintenance of cloud-based desktop and mobile applications.
Provide technical guidance and ensure timely delivery of assigned work.
Mandatory Skills
4+ years of hands-on experience with Looker and LookML.
Strong experience in LookML semantic modelling, core LookML, aggregate awareness, PDTs, and derived tables.
Strong working knowledge of Google BigQuery and GCP.
Experience developing Looker dashboards and implementing access grants and roles.
Experience building CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
Knowledge of automated testing and deployment practices.
Experience troubleshooting complex production incidents.
Understanding of API-based frameworks and cloud infrastructure.
Good-to-Have Skills
Knowledge of ReactJS, React Native, and Node.js.
Exposure to Azure or Azure DevOps.
Experience with other reporting or business intelligence tools.
Understanding of Site Reliability Engineering practices.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.
