Job Context
Grasilene Division was set up in 1977 to manufacture Viscose Staple Fibre with a capacity of 12 Tons per day, which was gradually increased to 240 Tons per day.

Timely deliveryports in time with accurately.
To prepare Planning & Budgeting in time.
To re-organise and reduce the massive documentation work for preparation of various Reports.
Stabilisation of ERP SAP.
Being located in remote area, access in latest development is difficult.

KRA1 Accounting 1. Analysis of the deviation in fixed & variable cost on month on month basis after due understanding of plant operation.
KRA2 Compliance 1. Quarterly Advance Tax Projections, Transfer pricing Details with supporting & Assist in preparation of assessment details, Tax and Cost Audit data preparation and Compilation & keep update on recent amendments & provision related to taxation
KRA3 Investment & Revenue expenses Monitoring : 1. Review and monitoring of various Capex/ Opex data routine basis.
Responsible for creation of WBS in SAP for all approved GCI/GCF schemes for the unit in P&B for VSF & Power Plant.
Review and compilation of various Capex/ Opex data on monthly/quarterly/annual basis for submission at different platform.
GCF scheme are tracked and control through revenue WBS creation.
KRA4 MIS 1. Finalization of monthly/quarterly/ yearly Trial balances as per given timelines.
Resolving the queries on various observations / points with statutory, Internal, Tax and Cost auditors and CFD.
Timely Completion of Audit and various closing activities in all respect and submit the final reports to Corporate Finance division as per timeline.
Compilation of MIS / CMIS report on monthly basis and ensure the submission of the same as per predetermined timeline. Resolving the queries on various observations / points with statutory, Internal, Tax and Cost auditors and CFD.
Listing of creditors/ Advances & GRIR and posting adjustment entries for correct re-presentation.
KRA5 MIS 10. Compilation of other report like working capital / position paper and other requirement from COO/UH/Business cell office.
Preparing / developing MIS in Hyperian directly interface through SAP
To take initiative for developing system of accounting and reporting
Ensure monthly scrutiny of trial balance for VSF & Power Plant.
Verification of movement of FG/ By Product / RM & other store material on month to month basis and report if any deviation is there.
Verification of correct head on booking of expenses/ consumption etc in the books and report if any deviation is there.
Coordinating with Plant Technical team and collect all desire data require for reporting purpose viz production LE / Estimated repairs / Status of GCI / GCF.
Other work, report and data compilation require time to time by senior management.
KRA6 Planning & Budgeting : 1. Handling tax audit and submission of various returns under different laws (Direct / Indirect Tax) including TDS returns
Ensure compilation of Assessment details and other documents those are require for complete the Income Tax assessment.
Compilation of Advance tax working on quarterly basis to furnish to CFD.
Other Tax compliance requirement from CFD.
Attending Various Tax authorities so as to ensure there is nil dispute and zero legal cases
Interaction with various Govt. Agencies and responding to their various queries
KRA7 People Management 1. Preparation of Planning & Budgeting with detailed analysis & 3 years rolling budget and submission of same in hyperion and make reporting
