Role Overview
As an LPN, you will provide essential nursing care under the delegated authority of a registered nurse or provider, using sound nursing judgment to meet patient needs. You¿ll collaborate with the healthcare team to develop, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans, ensuring clinical competence and high-quality care. Your work directly supports patients and their families, contributing to their well-being and recovery.

What You Will Do
Provide nursing care under the delegated authority of a registered nurse or provider, using sound nursing judgment.
Perform a variety of technical and routine nursing services to meet patient needs.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop, implement, and evaluate the effectiveness of nursing care plans.
Demonstrate clinical competence in all nursing activities.

What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing School.
Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
Successful completion of HFHS pharmacology exam for the LPN.
Current BLS certification.
Basic computer knowledge and keyboarding skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous ambulatory nursing experience.
