Role Description This is a full-time, on-site ASM/RSM – Personal Care/Skin Care role based in Ghaziabad. The role involves managing regional sales targets for personal care and skin care product lines, driving primary and secondary sales, and ensuring consistent distribution and visibility across assigned territories. The ASM/RSM will lead and motivate a team of sales representatives, oversee retailer and distributor relationships, and execute trade schemes, promotions, and merchandising activities. Responsibilities include regular market visits, competitor tracking, demand forecasting, and reporting on sales performance and market insights. The position also involves coordinating with marketing, supply chain, and senior leadership to align field execution with brand strategies and business objectives.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Case Management to effectively coordinate customer concerns, distributor issues, and territory-level sales actions.
Candidates should possess skills in Training to coach, mentor, and upskill frontline sales teams and channel partners on product knowledge and sales processes.
Candidates should possess knowledge of Elder Care and Social Services where relevant, to understand consumer needs in personal care and skin care segments targeting diverse age groups and communities.
Candidates should possess basic awareness of Medicine or dermatology-related concepts to confidently discuss product benefits, ingredients, and safe usage with customers and partners.
Proven experience in FMCG/personal care/skin care sales at ASM/RSM or equivalent level, with strong distributor and retail management skills.
Demonstrated ability in sales planning, target achievement, territory management, and data-driven decision-making.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage and motivate field teams.
Comfort with using MS Office and basic sales reporting tools; familiarity with CRM/SFA applications is an advantage.
Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or PG in Sales/Marketing is preferred.
