1. About Our Client:
The organization operates a fully remote, nationwide virtual medical practice focused on partnering with Medicare Advantage plans to deliver Annual Wellness Visits and close care gaps. It addresses challenges in patient engagement and access to convenient care by providing virtual healthcare services that meet patients where they are.
2. About the Opportunity:
The Marketing Operations Specialist, Patient Engagement is responsible for designing and executing SMS and email outreach campaigns aimed at improving patient appointment attendance. This role ensures the accuracy and operational integrity of all outreach tests, directly contributing to enhancing patient engagement and care delivery effectiveness.
3. Responsibilities:
Build and maintain SMS and email campaigns including audience logic, timing, sequencing, and content assembly.
Configure test and control groups based on experimental designs.
Maintain suppression and exclusion rules to preserve test validity.
Conduct quality assurance prior to campaign launches.
Monitor and manage message deliverability across SMS and email channels.
Track and report delivery performance.
Maintain campaign calendar to avoid conflicts.
Manage data flow between scheduling systems, messaging platforms, and reporting tools.
Process opt-outs and consent changes accurately and timely.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and organizational policies.
Document campaign configurations and operational processes.
Collaborate with marketing analytics team to support test design and reporting.
4. Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 years in marketing operations, campaign operations, or lifecycle marketing.
Experience with email service providers or multichannel messaging platforms such as Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or Klaviyo.
Proficiency in configuring A/B tests, audience segmentation, and holdout groups.
Knowledge of email and SMS deliverability standards and regulations including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, TCPA, and CAN-SPAM.
Strong attention to detail with quality assurance experience.
Proficiency in SQL or ability to manage audience lists from source data.
Preferred:
Experience in healthcare or regulated industries.
Familiarity with patient engagement platforms and healthcare communication.
Understanding of HIPAA and accessibility considerations.
Experience with EHR or practice management data.
Experience supporting structured testing programs.
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
Compensation is $35 per hour.
