Role Description The Account Manager (part-time, remote) will oversee client relationships and ensure smooth project delivery across multiple narrative and production initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their goals, and translating them into clear project requirements. The role involves coordinating timelines and deliverables with internal creative and production teams, tracking progress, and proactively addressing risks or issues. The Account Manager will prepare status updates, reports, and meeting summaries, as well as support proposals, contracts, and scope changes. This position requires consistent communication, strong organization, and a focus on client satisfaction in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Qualifications
Client relationship management and account management skills, including the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and maintain long-term partnerships.
Project coordination and organizational skills, such as managing timelines, tracking tasks, and aligning cross-functional teams around shared goals.
Strong communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, active listening, and concise presentation of complex information.
Business and commercial acumen, such as understanding scopes of work, budgets, basic contract terms, and how creative work supports client objectives.
Experience or familiarity with media, film, or content production workflows, and comfort working with creative professionals and technical teams.
Proficiency with common productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., email, video conferencing, project management software, shared document platforms).
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple accounts or projects simultaneously.
Relevant education or equivalent experience in account management, communications, business, marketing, or a related field; experience in a creative or production environment is a plus.
