About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Telesales Executive with experience selling digital marketing or communication solutions such as WhatsApp Marketing, Bulk SMS, Email Marketing, and Voice/IVR Solutions.
This is a pure sales role focused on outbound calling, lead conversion, client acquisition, follow-ups, and achieving sales targets. No technical or API knowledge is required.
Key Responsibilities
Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients.
Sell WhatsApp Marketing, Bulk SMS, Email Marketing, and Voice/IVR solutions.
Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and inbound enquiries.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products/packages.
Achieve daily calling and monthly sales targets.
Handle objections, pricing discussions, negotiations, and closures.
Follow up with warm leads and previous enquiries.
Build relationships with existing clients and drive repeat business and upselling.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing.
Required Experience & Skills
2–5 years of experience in Telesales, Inside Sales, or Client Acquisition.
Experience in at least 2 of the following: WhatsApp Marketing, Bulk SMS, Email Marketing, Voice/IVR.
Strong experience in cold calling and phone-based client acquisition.
Excellent communication and telephone etiquette.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Basic knowledge of CRM, Excel, and call-tracking systems is an advantage.
Ability to manage a high volume of calls and follow-ups independently.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates from IT, Digital Marketing, Marketing Services, Creative Agencies, or similar industries are preferred.
Relevant experience in bulk messaging, communication solutions, or digital marketing services will be an advantage.
Candidates based in Gujarat can be considered; the second round will be conducted face-to-face in Ahmedabad.
Relocation candidates will not be considered.
Graduation is preferred. Candidates without a degree may be considered if they have excellent communication skills and relevant experience.
